Jennifer R. Horak, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology

Jennifer Horak, Au.D. is a member of the Academy of Doctors of Audiology and has been practicing Audiology since 1996. Dr. Horak is one of a select number of Audiologists Board Certified in Audiology by the American Board of Audiology. She is a fellow of both the American Academy of Audiology and the Texas Academy of Audiology. She holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Horak earned her Doctor of Audiology degree from A. T. Still University of Health Sciences. She has her Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders and graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Science in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas Callier Center for Communication Disorders. She has extensive training and experience fitting advanced digital amplification.
